Trial Production process management

Relevant test reports
The quality department, customers and business departments will issue confirmation letters and relevant test reports through the prototype. The prototype is retained and sealed.

Electronic material confirmation, release production materials.

Hardware and plastic molds, other mechanical structural parts confirmation, release production materials.

Package material confirmation and production materials release.

Software Design Dept.
Distribute mass production code.

R&D Dept.
The R&D department will issue production data, material confirmation, BOM update, trial production function prototype, production notice,etc.

Production Dept.
Start trial production.

Quality Dept.
Test the original indexes of semi-finished products and finished products in trial production, and feed back the problems to all departments in real time.

Discuss the solution of related problems, implement the completion time and responsible person, determine the date of trial production or mass production.
