1.AOI Inspection (Automated Optical Inspection): After SMT is completed, the position, polarity and soldering quality of soldered components are checked by automatic optical inspection method using cameras and image processing software. It helps to detect soldering defects such as missing parts, solder shorts, insufficient solder, all PCBAs are 100% fully inspected.
3.Appearance-Inspection:Manual inspection is performed to check whether the PCBA has missing parts, poor soldering, dirty gold fingers, scratches on the surface.
4.FCT test (Functional Circuit Testing): Our PCB-ATE test system is a newly developed dedicated test frame that can fully test the functions of the circuit board to ensure that the circuit board works as set. This usually involves connecting the circuit board to an analog or digital signal source and verifying its performance under actual working conditions.
5.Brush moisture-proof oil, the purpose of moisture-proof coating mainly includes the following points:
- Protect the base material from moisture corrosion and ion migration;
- Prevent circuit short circuit and arc discharge caused by moisture;
- Prevent circuit board from rusting;
- Protect electronic equipment from ozone erosion;
- Add POGO needle silicone cover to prevent poor contact caused by moisture-proof oil.
6.Burn-in test : For every 1000 PCBA produced, 5 PCBAs are sampled for installation and aging for 2 hours to ensure that the batch products can work stably for a long time.
7.Thermal cycle test:For example,places 5 ozone generator PCBAs in high and low temperature environments to evaluate their performance and reliability under extreme temperature conditions. The specific test is as follows: -25℃ (30min) ~ 85℃ (30min), a total of 200 cycles. After the cycle is completed, the PCBA function is tested again without abnormality, and then a 7*24H aging test is performed at room temperature to prove that the product meets the environmental test standards.
8.ESD test (Electrostatic Discharge Test): Evaluate the anti-static discharge capability of the circuit board to ensure that it will not be damaged by static electricity during operation and maintenance.
- Use grounding device: Grounding is the basis of ESD protection.
- Use anti-static material: Anti-static material is a material that can prevent the generation and storage of charge.
- Anti-static work clothes and shoes: Workers wearing anti-static clothes and shoes can reduce the risk of ESD
- Use static eliminator: Static eliminator is a device that can safely discharge static electricity.
